In this capacity, you will shift from pure execution to empowerment, co-creating quality standards and providing technical guidance that enables squads to be self-sufficient. You will champion best practices in React Native development and collaborate closely with other squads to develop scalable, optimized mobile features.

Salary : $120,000 - $127,500
