We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with experience in automotive sales and repair. This role requires a mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers with their vehicle needs, providing detailed explanations of the repair or maintenance process.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to diagnose problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Utilize technical knowledge to perform routine maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, and suspension checks.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques, ensuring that customers receive the most effective and efficient service.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle, providing accurate estimates and timelines for completion.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Experience:
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service advisor or mechanic role.
- Strong background in automotive sales and repair.
- Experience with automotive service, including oil changes, tire rotations, and suspension checks.
- Familiarity with air brake systems and auto body repair techniques is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales and repair procedures.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs, including oil changes and tire rotations.
- Familiarity with suspension and brake systems.
- Experience with auto body repair techniques.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
