The ideal candidate will be: energetic, detail oriented, organized, have an enthusiastic approach to customer service, a cheerful demeanor, exceptional interpersonal and phone communication skills, professional appearance, and be a team player.
Basic responsibilities include:
-Greeting patients with a smile
-Placing patients on therapy
-Scheduling patients and collecting payment
-Verifying and billing insurance; data entry
-Confidence in presenting treatment and services
-Ability to organize and multi-task
-Maintaining the cleanliness of the office
-Building and maintaining relationships with patients
No experience required - we will train -- a great personality is better than experience!
Looking for someone with availability to start immediately or soon thereafter is a plus.
