Housekeeping Supervisor directly supervises employees in the Housekeeping department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling.
- Three (3) years housekeeping/laundry operations experience.
- Associates degree preferred.
