Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Systems Analyst (SA) will translate business requirements into system requirements and ensure that the system functions correctly to manage the Fraud process across various platforms. The SSA will work cross-functionally within the business to flush out technical requirements and with the vendor to drive the system enhancement details and changes. The SSA is responsible for coordinating any data requirements and functionality with the system architects. Finally, the SSA will lead the coordination of the testing of the implementation in the system to ensure deployment accuracy.
The Systems Analyst will need to seamlessly collaborate cross-functionally, have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and excellent critical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring SLAs are met while identifying trends and performing fault isolation and remediation for customer service incidents.
- Analyze and interpret technical data and troubleshooting procedures, supporting workflow improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot customer wireless issues, meeting SLAs and improving short- and long-term resolutions with Retail Wireless Technologies.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to improve application functionality and processes, reducing issue occurrence and improving resolution speed.
- Manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting quality expectations and navigating various applications.
- Identify trends using dashboards and alarms, escalating as necessary, and work with Network Operations engineers to provide timely technical assistance.
