We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee all field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is an opportunity for a hands-on leader to drive operational excellence, optimize profitability, and lead a high-performing team.

Roofing Experience required for this position.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Team Management

· Manage and mentor Field Supervisors and Project Managers.

· Recruit, train, and develop field crews to ensure high-quality workmanship.

· Forecast labor needs and allocate workforce efficiently.

Project Oversight & Execution

· Conduct site visits, identify defects, and ensure final inspections meet company standards.

· Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.

· Resolve escalated field issues and coordinate solutions with the project team.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance

· Implement and enforce quality assurance processes.

· Conduct job site safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance.

· Lead safety training sessions and investigations for incidents.

Financial & Operational Efficiency

· Monitor project profitability and analyze P&L reports.

· Approve project pricing, validate estimates, and control material/labor costs.

· Track production metrics, labor hours, and resource utilization.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

· Act as the primary field liaison for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

· Maintain clear communication with office staff for seamless project execution.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ 7-10 years in roofing/construction field operations; 5 years in leadership.

✔ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Strong verbal & written skills
✔ Roofing Expertise – Residential & commercial systems, compliance, and inspections

✔ Advanced understanding of roofing systems, OSHA compliance, and quality control.

✔ Financial management skills – Budgeting, estimating and financial management

✔ Project Management – Scheduling and crew supervision
✔ Problem-Solving – Proactively resolve jobsite issues
✔ Safety-Focused – Enforce policies & conduct risk assessments
✔ Client Relations – Build trust with homeowners, inspectors & teams
✔ Tech-Savvy – AccuLynx, emails, smartphones, and digital reporting
✔ Hands-On Leadership – Lead by example & ensure top-quality work

✔ Valid U.S. driver’s license & work authorization

✔ 18 years of age or older

What We Offer:

$90,000 - $100,000 (Based on Experience)
