What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Distributor?

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to install, train and repair Wide Format Inkjet printers and peripheral equipment in Florida, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform service in-house and in the field
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
  • Perform installation and training work
  • Relate to customer in a positive, proactive manner
  • Computer & software network experience

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Wide Format Inkjet Printers or related field a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms & Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong technical and computer skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • College and/or Technical Degree preferred

 

Salary : $45,000 - $62,500
