Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their unique commercial insurance needs.

Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' businesses to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate coverage.

Proposal Development: Create and present comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to individual business requirements.

Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of any issues.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide current and relevant advice to clients.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively seeking new business opportunities and cross-selling additional services.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.

Licensure: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance sales or a related field.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focus: Proven track record of exceptional customer service and client engagement.

Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting, balancing in-office and remote work environments.
