Child Nutrition Technician
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Meet applicable state and local health department requirements
Job Goal:
To serve the students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness, and friendliness.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Assists in the preparation of food portions and prepares cafeteria counter.
- Serves students and staff from cafeteria counter.
- Removes used dishes and assists in the cleaning of counters, tables, and furnishings in the dining area.
- Maintains the trash and garbage collection area in a neat and sanitary fashion.
- Performs related duties as required including duties at special function meals.
Terms of Employment
Salary and work year to be established by the Board.
Evaluation:
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
