What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute School Nurse, RN position at District Wide?
DESCRIPTION:
Substitute RN needed to oversee and manage the health rooms at 2 – 3 district schools, supervision of unlicensed personnel.
Must be comfortable with large group and staff trainings, management of specialized health care needs in student population.
Duties include developing individual health care plans, all mandatory medication and health training, assisting with required screenings.
Must be a team player with all nurses in School Health Program.
Must be able to function independently without direct supervision.
