Purpose

Divergent Technologies is seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Support Removal Technician to join our cutting-edge additive manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the post-processing workflow, ensuring precision and quality of our 3D-printed aluminum parts. Shift Schedule Available:

• Team 4 (2nd Shift): Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday | 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM
  
  

The Role

•     Remove support structures from 3D-printed aluminum parts using hand tools (e.g., chisels, hammers, grinders, sanders)
•     Ensure parts are fully cleaned, finished, and meet quality standards
•     Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in daily production
•     Follow all safety procedures and consistently wear required PPE
•     Communicate with team members to streamline post-processing operations and improve quality
•     Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, machining, or mechanical work is preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools such as chisels, grinders, and sanders
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on product quality
  
  

Compensation

At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels TCH 01 - TCH 02 as evaluated through our interview process.

• TCH 01 = $21.00 - $28.00 / hour
• TCH 02 = $23.00 - $32.00 / hour
  
  

Pay Range: $21 USD - $32 USD
