Responsibilities :
Special focus will be placed on : Assisting Land personnel in locating information to resolve owner questions and payment issues Supporting acquisition records assimilation Preparing documents, including some mail merge letters Resolving standard ownership issues Opening, sorting and distributing mail Scanning documents Handling returned checks Providing clerical support
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Alert and able to learn computer systems Enjoys research assignments Strong written and oral communications Patient demeanor when interacting with land owners Intermediate level skills in Excel and Word Some oil and gas or real property records experience is preferred, but not required
