POSITION SUMMARY
The Convenience Store Stocker is a member of our team that assists with ensuring that shelves, bins, displays, storage, and aisles are properly stocked to make sure customers can find and purchase merchandise. Along with maintaining the cleanliness and level of stock in the gas pump area/lot. This position requires reliability, effective communication, and professional customer service skills.
CORE FUNCTIONS OF POSITION
- Greeting customers and explaining services provided by the facility.
- Keep work area clean of debris to prevent workplace accidents.
- Work safely and report safety or maintenance issues to management.
- Ability to work autonomously when required.
- Stocking products to fill out of stocks on shelves.
- Maintain the cleanliness, neatness, and level of stock in the gas pump area.
- Ensure the lot is organized clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris.
- Position oneself to properly clean pump surfaces.
- Remove trash liners from trashcans and place them in a large garbage collection dumpster.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Customer service orientated.
- Competently taking direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Interact with customers professionally.
- Have a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Lifting to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Working inside or outside in the elements.
- Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, walking, reaching, turning, climbing stairs/ladders.
