This is managerial building operations work directing continuous custodial, landscaping, snow removal, and pest control services at a federal office building. The manager is responsible for all personnel, budgeting, resource allocation, equipment maintenance, monitoring subcontractors, completing company and government reports timely.

Minimum 5 years prior Supervisory experience.
