What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pilot Team Member position at Diversity Vuteq?
The role of this position is to supervise and coordinate activities of production workers in all production areas and other related duties concerning the production of company goods.
Essential Functions:
· Support management in developing work instructions and processes for existing and future business.
· Work with management to meet our customer’s needs and delivery schedules.
· Verify that the team members and team leaders are working safely and according to established standards.
· Insure that established work standards are being followed and work quantity and quality standards are being consistently met.
· Assist with part structure evaluations for new model to identify and countermeasure safety, quality, and workability concerns.
· Establish and maintain schedules for new project development.
· Evaluate processes for ergonomic/safety concerns and countermeasure.
· Evaluate processes for quality concerns and countermeasure.
· Evaluate processes for efficiency concerns and countermeasure.
· May be required to fill in for vacations, personal time, and absenteeism or tardiness.
· Maintain record keeping as required.
· Assist in problem solving and continuous improvements to production process.
· Facilitate communication between management and team members.
· Other duties as required insuring that Diversity Vuteq meets and exceeds our customer expectations and needs.
Job Qualifications:
· Previous production and/or injection molding experience required.
· Ability to plan, organize, communicate, and motivate team members.
· Experience with building and maintaining spreadsheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.35 - $17.35 per hour
