We’re Hiring a Procurement Coordinator
At Diverxia, we continue to grow and strengthen our commitment to the energy transition. We’re looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team and support the development and execution of procurement strategies for our expanding international renewable energy projects.
Your Mission
You’ll play a key role in supplier management, technical purchasing, and logistics coordination for our U.S.-based projects—ensuring compliance with internal procurement and contracting procedures while contributing to our mission of advancing clean energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for solar and energy storage (BESS) projects in the U.S.
- Manage supplier communications, RFQs, bid evaluations, and commercial and technical comparisons.
- Oversee sourcing, purchasing, and logistics for critical equipment and materials.
- Support contract review, negotiation, and compliance with internal purchasing procedures.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, project management, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or technical purchasing roles, preferably within EPC, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge of renewable energy equipment, especially PV modules and BESS.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as Business Central) and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
