CNA Job Title: Nursing Assistant $5000.00 Retention Bonus Full-time Evening Shift

CNA Job Description:
- Join our team of nursing assistants. Overlooking beautiful Lake Sleepy Eye, Divine Providence Community Home is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility.
- The CNA provides total personal care to residents in a safe, efficient manner under supervision of a licensed nurse and according to established facility policy/procedures and the residents care plan. Assist in rehabilitation of residents to attain and maintain highest level of performance and independence possible.
- Base wage for 18 year old or older Certified Nursing Assistant is $20/hour.
- Additional $2.00 Shift differential for evenings/nights.
- Retention Bonus $5000.00 Full-time (Evening Shift only)

Required CNA Skills:
- Successful completion of state approved nursing assistant training program with current certification or ability to attend classes and become certified. We can provide the classes here.
- Must be responsible and dependable.
- Must have a sincere desire to care for geriatric residents.
- Must be able to follow facility policies, procedures, and instructions of charge nurse.
Preferred Skills:
- Current member of the State Nursing Assistant Registry and in good standing.
