What are the responsibilities and job description for the Casino Cashier position at Dixie Inn Casino?
Applicant should be dependable, have a friendly and outgoing personality. Must have be able to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to our customers in a video poker game room. Ensure all customers receive extraordinary service by providing drinks, making change, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.
Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in 10 key typing
- Cash handling knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to provide excellent guest services
Previous cash handling a plus. Have dependable transportation. Must be able and willing to work any shift as needed.
