We are looking for:
Quality Control Manager
The Quality Control Manager is responsible to insure that DiYanni Homes’ Customers receive the best built home in our industry by thoroughgoingly inspecting each and ever home built at designated inspection phases.
What you’ll do:
Inspect all customer warranty claims, generate and process warranty claim reports used to communicate warranty service requests to vendors. Provide written commitments to our customers and complete all service repairs generated from warranty commitments. Record and communicate any recurring issues in the building process discovered during inspections that do not meet or exceed the DiYanni Homes benchmark quality standard, as measured by our model homes.

Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Perform air, water, infiltration inspections (AWII)
- Perform Quality Control Inspection (QC)
- Perform Completion and Closing Meetings with customers
- Perform Warranty Claim Inspections (WCI)
- Manage and Complete all Warranty Claim commitments made to customers
- Perform Emergency Service Operations
- Conduct 30 day and 11 month reviews and manage committed corrections
- Other project work as assigned by Senior Quality Manager
Who you are:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 5 Years of experience in residential construction or remodeling
- High School Diploma or GED strongly desired
- Ability to learn new technology, computer systems, and programs
- Desire to learn and having an ability to be coachable
