Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Oversee all aspects of personal injury litigation cases, including initial client consultations, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
- Trial Experience: Serve as an attorney in jury and bench trials, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to support client claims.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on case progress and advising them on legal options.
- Legal Research & Writing: Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Qualifications:
