What this job involves: The Receptionist will undertake administrative duties that will include but not be limited to: Mail dispatch, receipt and internal distribution Some support with operational activities such as room set-ups and floor inspections Vendor work permits including safe work method statements and service validation Occupancy services for room bookings and employee registration Reception and visitor management Badge management Locker allocation General enquiries Printing and photocopying Incoming calls answering The Receptionist is generally the first point of contact for visitors, guests and vendor personnel, making this role one of the most important in the IFM team. Providing onsite support You will be reporting to the JLL Site Lead or the Senior Facilities Coordinator. Your actual daily duties will be subject also to any events taking place on site, whereby you may be called upon to assist. Whilst site administration will be the responsibility of the Facilities Coordinator, it is not uncommon for the Receptionist to assist during times of high volume. This might entail work with Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint. This may also entail support with the helpdesk ticketing platform. Your working day will include breaks. The reception should be covered at all times, so coordination of your breaks with other site personnel will ensure client satisfaction and proper attention to hospitality. Sound like you?
