Project Manager Assistant
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provides support to project managers.
- Orders materials for assigned projects and makes sure that the proper material is received and sent to projects.
- Obtains quotes on material from vendors; selects vendors and purchases material.
- Keeps track of requests for information sent to general contractors.
- Prepares and compiles submittal information for general contractors and project managers.
- Reviews invoices from vendors as directed by Project Manager.
- Enters purchase orders into accounting system.
- Oversees badging requirements for projects.
- Prepares invoices and sends them to owners or general contractors.
- Any other duties as requested.
