Position Summary
As the DEI Manager at DLR Group, you will play a key role, directly supporting the Global Leader of Equity, Diversity, and Belonging in the implementation of the firm's strategies to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment, foster relationships within the AEC industry and academia to amplify our impact, and bring an equity lens to evolve our design processes. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing initiatives, and ensuring the DEI team's work is efficiently and effectively executed. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial DEI leader to make a significant impact in a global organization and deliver results.
