DLZ is seeking a Community Liaison to join our team in Cleveland. This position will provide essential administrative and field support for the Cleveland Water Lead Service Program. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a field environment with the ability to communicate with residents.

DLZ is seeking a Community Liaison to join our team in Cleveland. This position will provide essential administrative and field support for the Cleveland Water Lead Service Program. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a field environment with the ability to communicate with residents.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, document, and review Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) related work.
- Organize and maintain construction documentation and project files.
- Distribute water pitcher filter kits and water sample kits as instructed.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding project resources and the LSLR process.
- Serve as a community liaison to communicate project details and maintain excellent client relations.
- Provide clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support staff during field activities as needed.
- Maintain a safe and professional working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma required.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in the field and as required in the office.
