**$200 Hiring Bonus after 90 Days**
Position Available: Part Time Grounds - 1st Shift
Scheduled: Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 11:00am in Houghton Lake Schools in Houghton Lake, MI.
Wage: $16.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintains facility grounds, which includes cleaning the yard, trimming shrubbery, raking, planting, and weeding.
- Cleans parking lots and driveways.
- Removes snow from sidewalks and driveways and spreads sand, salt or ashes to prevent slipping
- Set up and clean up for outdoor and indoor athletic activities
- Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for assigned facility
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Operate floor equipment such as; auto floor scrubbers and vacuums
- Empty trash receptacles
- General cleaning of furniture, windows, window sills, and walls
- Stocking restrooms, janitorial closets and break rooms
- Performs complete tasks of all service requests, maintenance, and preventive equipment inspections
- Follow all safety standards as outlined in company policy and OSHA regulations
- Additional duties as assigned or needed
Position Requirements:
- 1-6 months grounds keeping experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
