Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring the progression of each claim
- Respect HIPPA laws and privacy of all cases and clients
- Gather information from Insurance adjusters
- Save and file mail that is scanned into your SharePoint folder
- Continuous updating of case management software
- Draft standard documentation
- Create and send Letters of Representation
- Committed to providing outstanding responsive and compassionate client service
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Consistently deliver results with a sense of urgency
- Maintain and manage highly sensitive information
- Outstanding time management and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
