Duties & Responsibilities:
- Send medical record requests and call medical providers to verify that requests have been received
- Process and save medical records received via email, fax and mail
- Review incoming medical records to ensure information is complete and accurate
- Develop positive relationships with all medical providers
- Assertive communicator who can efficiently obtain all medical records needed before the deadline
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starter and team player
- Ability to collaborate and excel in a team environment
