LOOKING FOR SEASIONAL OFFICE CLERK
(FULL TIME WORK DURING SPRING AND SUMMER MONTHS)
Summary: Perform duties varied and diverse to as a General office Clerk requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of DMF Bait Company and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
- Process customer orders.
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
- Type and format correspondence and other documents.
- Complete and mail bills.
- Organize materials either manually or electronically.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years office or clerical experience
Specialized Training:
- On-the-job training of basic functions specific to company.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid driver's license or state ID

Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
