Rate: $18.00 per hour
Fringe Benefits: $5.10 per hour (up to 40 hours per week)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Site Crew Member with proven forklift operating experience (including Lull telehandlers) and strong maintenance capabilities. The ideal candidate will be multi-versed in tools, general site upkeep, and equipment handling. This hands-on role supports site operations through physical labor, equipment operation, and maintenance work, contributing to a safe, efficient, and organized project site. This position reports to the Site Crew Team Lead.
Primary Job Duties
- Operate forklifts, including Lulls, to move, load, and unload materials across warehouse, field, and job sites.
- Collaborate with fellow site crew members to complete tasks and support broader operational goals.
- Ensure all forklift operations comply with safety standards; maintain valid and active forklift certification.
- Perform general site maintenance and labor including painting, landscaping, lifting, cleaning, minor repairs, and organizing materials.
- Handle set-up and clean-up of work areas; ensure tools and equipment are ready and stored properly.
- Support logistics and materials management, including inventory, material deliveries, truck receiving, water drops, and weather-related preparations
- Maintain and inspect assigned equipment daily, report safety incidents or equipment issues promptly.
- Follow the fuel team when needed, ensuring correct procedures and reporting are followed
- Participate in daily safety inspections and always wear appropriate PPE.
- Be prepared to work 12-hour shifts during critical project phases (day or night), with reduced hours during the operations/maintenance phase.
- Assist other teams and departments as needed with related duties.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The work is heavy work which requires the ability to exert heavy physical effort in work, including carrying, pushing/pulling moderately heavy objects and materials (ex 50-100 lbs)
- Work is regularly performed outdoors with exposure to environmental conditions.
- Travel to project worksite as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift certification required. Proven competence in operation of equipment required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a background check, security clearance check, motor vehicle check and drug test
- Must have a Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish)

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Trade certifications, CDL, OSHA/FEMA training, Hazmat certification, or prior military experience.
