About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and manage complex construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all quality and safety standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics to ensure design intent and project requirements are met.
- Develop, update, and maintain construction schedules using Primavera or similar software.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Manage and monitor contracts, submittals, and project documentation in Procore or comparable project management software.
- Conduct daily site walks to track progress, address challenges, and uphold quality control.
- Provide hands-on leadership, fostering a collaborative, safety-first culture across the job site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role in commercial construction.
- In-depth understanding of construction management principles and field operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
- Proficiency with Primavera (preferred) and Procore or similar management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for effective coordination with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
