Role Description
Job Description:
1. Responsible for managing local distributor, integrator and end-user; develop partners and promote products;
2. Achieve regional sales targets and process KPI;
3. Manage client resources within the territory, conduct routine client visits and review the performance, handle customer complaints, and enhance satisfaction levels;
4. Attend exhibitions and workshop as required, gather client and market intelligence, and provide regular report;
5. Complete report require by the department and client information;
6. Undertake duties as assigned by manager.
Requirement:
1. Background in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or related major;
2. 1 year's experience in automation or robotics, with preference given to candidates on robotics sales experience;
3. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, capable of swiftly and clearly understanding client requirements, responding promptly to needs, and independently developing, maintaining, and managing key accounts; proficient in independent contract negotiation and execution;
4. Demonstrate strong willpower, robust execution capabilities, and a passionate, challenge-seeking approach to work;
5. Proficient in the local language for communication.
