What does a Power Automate Engineer do at DocJuris?

Join DocJuris and leverage your expertise in low-code automation and integrations as a Power Automate Engineer. Collaborate with clients to tailor workflows using our Contract Review AI platform and improve document generation processes. Internally, you'll contribute to refining our workflows and integration strategies. Embrace the opportunity to innovate and drive efficiency at DocJuris.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years of Power Automate Experience. 
  • Technical Ability: Familiarity with other Microsoft Power Platform components and integration capabilities. Certification is a plus. 
    • Design and develop workflows and applications using Power Automate and Power Apps
    • Integrate Power Automate and Power Apps with SharePoint Online and other data sources
    • Optimize and troubleshoot Power Automate and Power Apps performance and functionality
    • Document and maintain Power Automate and Power Apps solutions
    • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform and SharePoint development
    • Good understanding of Power Platform governance, security, administration, and licensing.
  • Client Facing Ability: Strong understanding of workflow design principles and experience in automating business processes.
  • Team Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the DocJuris software application and value-proposition
  • Use your Power Automate abilities to develop workflows for clients 
  • Interact and lead discussions with clients and users to develop and optimize Power Automate and Power Apps workflows with DocJuris
  • Assist in providing product feedback to a multi-disciplinary team
  • Creatively find solutions to customer pain points via the DocJuris platform and Power Automate
  • Manage multiple playbook projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change within a rapidly growing company

  • Previous work experience tying into CLMs
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Zapier and ability to work with APIs
  • Experience working asynchronously in a remote team
