We are seeking a Bar Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- In charge of ordering for the bar
- Keeping track of inventory
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Creating new cocktails
- Manage your bar team as well as floor manager responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative flair for making new and trendy cocktails
- Flexible schedule - Must be available to manage 3 days/nights and tend bar 3 days/nights
