Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at an Indian Health Service facility in Box Elder, MT. As a Locum Family Practice MD/DO, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a rural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
- Treat hypertension, diabetes management, and chronic care conditions
- Conduct follow-up appointments with Chronic Care patients
- Help educate patients on opioid awareness
Requirements:
- Montana medical license required
- Enrolled with Montana Medicaid and Medicare
- DEA certification
- ACLS/BLS certification
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with one day per week dedicated to follow-up appointments

3-6 month assignment, with potential for extension
Salary : $250,000 - $350,000
