Power Washing Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing technical tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Must be comfortable on ladders and roofs. Applicant must also be willing to work in extreme heat and cold temperatures. Must have a valid drivers license and own transportation.

Duties

• Use power/soft washing equipment to clean all forms of outdoor surfaces.
• Prepare cleaners, materials and supplies needed for the day
• Speak to clients before and after job
• Collect payments if necessary
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems as needed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members or departments.
• Complete OSHA training and become fluent in CLIPA Christmas Light training materials.

Skills

• Skilled in power/soft washing all surfaces outdoors
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with team and office members
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.
• Fill and handle cleaners and gasoline/fuel
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
