Job Summary and Qualifications
The Patient Liaison provides support and effective communication to patients and the support system during all phases of the surgical process. Through the use of excellent customer service skills, the Patient Liaison will assist the patient, the support system and the members of the interdisciplinary team.
What you will do in this role:
- You will be responsible for directing surgeons to the appropriate patient’s family and/or support system for consultation
- You will assist in checking in and greeting patients at the front desk
- You will complete administrative and telephonic duties as necessary
What qualifications you may need:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service required
- Previous experience interacting with patients and medical teams preferred
