What you'll do
Our Product-Led Growth Design team is looking for an enthusiastic, multifaceted Digital Experience Designer to drive the visual design of our marketing experience and UI on docusign.com and adjacent properties. In this position, you will weave our brand with data and research to create and implement a best-in-world experience for our visitors, users, and customers. You’ll work closely with the PLG design team and cross-department Brand Designers, Marketers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Program Management to deliver quality work that drives business results. You’ll be hands-on in crafting a new and better visual experience across all of DocuSign’s digital touch points.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Experience.
Responsibility
- Design seamless digital marketing experiences for DocuSign visitors, users, and customers
- Deliver wireframes, visual designs, and assets
- Work with strategists, designers, and project managers to drive innovation and quick iteration
- Drive asset delivery for content, including localized content, such as product UI, photography, and other assets
- Contribute mobile designs to development cycles
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, UX, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in experience design for the web
Preferred
- A desire and willingness to learn and grow in your career
- Possesses an understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of UX/UI and responsive design
- Functional knowledge of Sketch, Figma, and other design tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and bring out the best in the design team
- Cursory understanding and interest in design systems
- Can prototype animations, interactions, and hover states
- Experience working with CMS-driven websites
- Comfort collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, and determining tradeoff options
- Comfortable drafting some copy such as headlines
- Know and use current web standards for desktop and mobile
- Strong UX and visual design
- Portfolio of work inspired by user research demonstrating responsive visual design, prototyping, articulation of design rationale, strong communication and storytelling skills
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $118,300 - $182,775 base salary
Illinois: $111,600 - $153,525 base salary
Washington: $111,600 - $162,625 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
