Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney with litigation experience located in the energy corridor in Houston, TX. The attorney will handle cases related to Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianships.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a preference for probate, estate planning, or fiduciary litigation.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with demonstrated courtroom experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged issues with professionalism and compassion.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Collaborative team player who is also proactive and organized.
Pay
Doehring and Doerhing will pay market rate range based on probate litigation experience, plus bonus structure and commissions on deals brought in by the attorney.
