What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Groomer position at Dog de Salon?
We are looking for an experienced Dog Groomer to join our dog grooming salon in Keller, TX. Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Must have a true love for animals and enjoy working with people as well as with pets.
- You must be not just an experienced groomer but have passion for dog grooming and love what you do for living.
- You must have your own grooming tools as we will provide the rest.
- Must be experienced with grooming of all breeds of dogs.
- Scissor finishing and precision grooming skills are required.
- Groomers / stylists must be willing to accommodate pet owner's instructions and breed standards, as well as strive to provide outstanding customer service.
- Must be able to handle very large to toy breeds of dogs.
- Must be able to handle pressure as our salon gets extremely busy at times.
- Must be dependable and reliable, team player, have positive attitude, good manners and work ethic.
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must have your own reliable transportation.

Pay rate is commission based plus tips and depends on experience. Sundays and Mondays are off. Major holidays are off. Salon hours are Tuesday through Saturday 8 am to 5 pm. W2. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
