Full-time Customer Service Representative
Are you outgoing? Do you love helping people? Do you thrive in a team atmosphere? Well, we have a job for you at Dog House! We are looking for a full-time, top-level CSR to join our office staff of 3. Responsibilities are: making sure all customers are taken care of, primary person to answer phones, making outbound calls, providing customer service, scheduling appointments, and performing some administrative duties. The phones are very busy during the fall and winter, so the candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Dog House (heating, air, plumbing), located in Brunswick, started 10 years ago and continues to grow. We are a family-owned and operated business that provides residential and light commercial service and installations. Our daily goal is to give our valued customers A service.
Requirements:
- No previous experience is necessary
- Outgoing personality
- Must enjoy speaking on the phone
- Portray confidence on the phone
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must
- Friendly, pleasant phone voice
- Extremely organized and can juggle multiple tasks
- Handle daily stress and stressful situations with a calm demeanor
- Very close attention to detail
- Quick to learn new skills
- Able to follow directions
- Work well with the team
- Helpful Experience To Have:
- Microsoft 365 Office
- CSM software
- Working in a call center, sales or any other position where being on the phone all day assisting customers = very helpful
- Background in the HVAC and/or plumbing industry
