Dog Daycare Attendant

Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an opening for an energetic, organized, dog loving individual that will be responsible for managing and maintaining a safe playroom environment for our furry friends.
Job Functions
- Monitor and maintain safe play throughout the day with large groups of dogs of various sizes
- Maintain communication with shift leader during playtime
- Fast pace work environment, constantly standing and moving
- Work with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Daily cleaning and stocking of the playroom and facility
Job Requirements
- Completion of all required training online and on the job
- High level of attentiveness and quick responses
- Know your dogs. Keep data accurate with current dogs in house
- Ability to be on your feet for entire shift - 6 hours
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and bend, stoop and lift repeatedly during shift
- Responsible and reliable
- Adhere to Dogtopia standards of cleaning through out the shift and leave room ready for the next shift
- Open 7 days a week and Holidays
As the Canine Coach you are responsible for leading the playroom for our furry friends by creating a safe and fun environment – and also setting the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.
Physical requirements
Candidates must be able to work on their feet for extended periods of the day. They must be comfortable and able to manipulate dogs of up to 100 pounds and move them through the facility in an expedient manner.
