Dogwood Cleaning Services of Central Pennsylvania is looking to hire a Commercial Cleaner to join our team and be a part of our growing company. Our team of cleaners are positive and enthusiastic about providing the highest quality of work for our Customers, and are people who make our culture and work atmosphere enjoyable to be a part of.
The Commercial Cleaning Team Member position offers a competitive pay starting at $15.50/hr, which can rise to as high as $19/hr based on performance and experience. We also offer spot bonuses throughout the year and a holiday bonus at the end of the year.

Work Schedule
The majority of our work starts in the early evening when our Customers are finished with their workday. This allows for scheduling flexibility, and is best suited for part-time work. Our primary working hours are between 4pm-10pm, Monday-Friday. There are however some exceptions and opportunities for working hours to occur during traditional business hours of 9am-5pm.
About the Job
Responsibilities
- Take ownership for the quality of the work you are performing
- Commercial cleaning areas: office desks, bathrooms, common areas, etc.
- Cleaning duties include: disinfecting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal
- Communicate with team members / manager regarding, but not limited to: customer feedback, scheduling arrangements
- While working in teams, reviewing or spot-checking each others’ work
Requirements
- Reliable transportation & valid drivers license
- Promptly arriving at customer locations on time
- Be able to communicate in english (verbal & written)
- Own an app-enabled cell phone that allows you to be contacted reliably
- Ability to comfortably lift 30 lbs without risk of injury
- Previous cleaning experience a huge plus but not required
