We are currently looking for enthusiastic agents to assist our Customers with all of their swimming pool needs!

Our Call Center in Pleasant Prairie, WI services Pool Owners nationwide, which never leads to a boring day! You never know who you'll get the opportunity to assist! Learn the ins and outs of swimming pools and all the fun that accompanies caring for a backyard pool!

Expect to assist Customers in identifying products that will fit their needs, helping them to place orders all the while providing terrific Customer Service for anything needed after their order is placed. You will also be trained in handling and assisting all sorts of Customer Inquiries by being an integral part of our Customer Support Team.

This position offers flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with overtime and weekend availability in season.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls and emails & marketplace messages regarding account status, product support, order fulfillment, service renewals, and sales inquiries.
  • Provide user support for proprietary web and desktop software and resolve problems
  • Actively service new and current client accounts by processing requests, tracking and monitoring the progress of these account requests, and regularly updating the client.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information and accounts submitted for and requested by clients.
  • Regularly provide feedback on processes that may be improved, made more efficient, or produced training opportunities.
  • Assist Seasonal Customer Support Agents in general questions
  • Handle escalated calls
  • Supports other activities and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to Accurately Multitask and Prioritize in A Fast-Paced Environment

Previous experience with Amazon, eBay, or Walmart Market Places is a great advantage!
