Stone Mountain Toyota is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Respond to inquiries from customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Manage the dealership's general email inbox
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the dealership
