STAFFING SUPERVISOR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the process of recruiting and hiring of service staff.
- Assists in providing adequate oversight, training and leadership to ensure members of service team reach potential. Assists in designing and implementing a team-results oriented culture within service team, reinforcing collective results over individual results.
- Audits and monitors the activities of the service team in filling and servicing client orders to ensure optimum service levels.
- Ensures high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Doherty’s position as provider of the highest quality service to customers.
- Conducts performance evaluations and prepares development plans for staff in a timely manner.
- Responsible for continual development of existing accounts, establishes rapport and identifies opportunities for further growth.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting local businesses. Gathers and maintains knowledge of competitors in the area, their respective shares of the market, locations, services and benefits offered.
STAFFING SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience in Staffing Industry or management experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, co-workers and customers alike, to achieve understanding and positive outcomes.
- Must have excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Must have the ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions quickly and effectively.
