Essential duties and responsibilities :
- Perform as a greeter and initial contact for guests, by assisting them in a professional manner with admission, reservations, tickets changes, and other attendance-related needs and requests.
- Consistently reflect a courteous, upbeat, and positive attitude towards guests exemplifying, promoting, and advancing a culture of outstanding customer engagement and service.
- Maintain and display a working knowledge of the theaters and attractions.
- Resolve mistakes, errors, and issues related to bookings and or reservations.
- Distribute tickets accordingly to guests as they arrive at show time.
- Capable of accurately entering data into ticketing system and always displaying an excellent telephone presentation.
- Guest service agents handle a variety of duties by cross training. Including ticket booth, greeting, and phone reservations.
Qualification Requirements :
- At least 18 years of age.
- Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands :
- Continuous and occasional standing and walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
- Continuous hearing and oral communication at a conversational level and at a high acuity level.
- Continuous work with computers and ticketing systems.
