Position: Server Assistant / Beverage Attendant
Let the competitions begin at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show! We're seeking friendly and high-energy individuals to serve our fabulous four-course feast.
Full time, Part Time and Seasonal positions available. On the job training provided.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare for dinner service by assisting arena servers with set up.
- Be the communicator between kitchen staff and arena staff to ensure the correct amount of food is ready to serve, in the correct sections.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent any food cross contamination.
- Ensure all food equipment is functioning properly for proper temperatures.
- Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
- Assist with cleaning table & section when dinner service is complete.
- Remove any dinner ware and get to appropriate location in the kitchen.
- Beverage attendant position may require cross training of serving duties.
Qualification Requirements:- At least 18 years of age.
- Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
- Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:- Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food and used dishes.
- Frequent pushing and pulling of racks rather full or empty.
