Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Inventory Management
- Canadian Operations job function in operations. To include reviewing orders, cycle counting, shipping, receiving and communicating with CSA & CX Teams
- Track and work on issues with receiving Returns and inbound shipment with 3PL.
- Compares information and counts, weighs or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records
- Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment
- Communicate delivery issues to all parties. Maintain this information on the Dashboard for H03 warehouse, updated daily
- Expedite Fluids and Spare items from M01 & M03 to 3PL. Updating Backlog report and CSA/CX Teams
- Maintain and update performance reports as required for Canadian Ops.
- Working with 3PL on daily and late entered orders for same day shipping.
- Prepare export documents for shipping of product in line with current guidelines as necessary
- Receiving of RMA’s and coordinate the returns from Canada to Gurnee with 3PL.
- Processing warranty Returns to DUK for the Canadian operations
- Case Management on the Sales Force System for H03
- Coordinate and schedule third party collection and deliveries for the field of H&D equipment and Relax Returns for all Canadian customers as needed.
- Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Review reports for system and EDI errors
- Assist with W01 operation as needed and requested
- Backlog report updated and to date daily
- Meet Delivery performance objectives per Domino Corporate objectives
- Attending Meetings and providing feedback to 3PL on performance

What You Need
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word processing software; Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software and Oracle database software.
