Job Description:
As a Internet Sales Person at Don Bulluck, you will be at the forefront of our digital sales efforts, driving online leads and converting them into sales opportunities. You will oversee all internet-based sales inquiries and manage the dealership's online presence, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through prompt and effective online communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming internet leads via email, chat, and other digital channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and dealership services.
- Schedule appointments and conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into showroom visits and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from online to in-person interactions.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the dealership's inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Utilize CRM tools and other software to track leads, monitor performance, and optimize sales processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital sales and marketing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales or internet sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and automotive financing options is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary with uncapped commission potential.
- 5-day work week.
- $10,000 guaranteed income after selling 20 units per month.
- We have over 1000 OTDB's that needed to be worked.
