What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Don Klausmeyer Construction?
Don Klausmeyer Construction has an opening for a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant Admin. As the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will be the first line to the customer and the first person the client meets as they come through the door. The right person will be personable and efficient with great drive, determination, and attention to detail. Teamwork is essential to our progress, candidate will need to be willing to help in all areas to keep the office running.
A typical day will include but not limited to:
- Answering phones and greeting guests
- Open & distribute mail
- Verifying acknowledgements from vendors and customers
- Filing and data entry
- Ensuring W9's and tax-exempt certificates are on file and current
- Inputing and filing invoices
- Multi-line Phone Operation
- Calendar Maintenance
- Organize activities such as meetings and conferences
- Type and design general correspondences, memos, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Computer skills
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior administrative experience preferred
Ability to work independently and within a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
